As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients secure financing for their real estate transactions. Your knowledge of lending practices, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will be essential in ensuring smooth and successful loan applications.
· Proven experience as a Loan Officer or a similar role in the real estate industry.
· In-depth knowledge of lending practices, loan programs, and underwriting guidelines.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information accurately.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office tools.
· Valid mortgage loan originator license.
